Customer Development Representative

Job Description

At Mars, our brands are part of everyday life for millions of people. We are looking for a Customer Development Representative who can translate that brand strength into results at the point of sale. This is a field based commercial role for someone who is energised by being in store, close to customers, and directly responsible for how our products perform on the shelf.

About The Role

You will manage a Key Account and take ownership of their commercial growth. Your focus will be on securing new listings, improving how our products are presented in store, and consistently meeting the sales and market share goals set for your accounts.

What You Will Be Responsible For

Delivering the core in store standards that define great retail execution, including product availability, share of shelf, planogram compliance, point of sale materials, and promotional activations.

Using market data and customer understanding to grow both sales volume and market share within your accounts.

Partnering with internal teams such as Customer Marketing and CCSL, while managing day to day relationships with Account Head Offices, Store Managers, and Merchandisers.

Contributing to a collaborative team environment where associates share knowledge and support each other to succeed.

What We Are Looking For

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a comparable discipline.
• Between one and three years of sales experience, ideally gained in FMCG or retail.
• Confident sales, communication, and negotiation abilities, with the commercial instinct to spot and act on opportunities.
• Knowledge of the UAE retail landscape, which would be a distinct advantage.
• Professional fluency in English.
