Customer Care Executive

Noorka Logistics is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about delivering excellent service, handling client inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience within a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding shipments, services, and company processes.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to track shipments and update clients.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service requests.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and service completion.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and guiding them through service procedures.
• Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate logistics solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple inquiries.
