Trustbend Packers & Movers is seeking a Customer Care Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai. We are looking for a well-spoken, service-oriented individual who can handle customer inquiries with professionalism and ensure a smooth experience for every client. Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer messages promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Assist customers with booking, tracking, and service-related queries.
Follow up with clients to confirm requirements and ensure satisfaction.
Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to resolve issues quickly.
Maintain customer records, complaints, and service logs.
Support the sales team by generating leads and scheduling service appointments.
Manage customer feedback and escalate concerns when necessary.
Ensure a positive and smooth customer experience at every interaction.
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in logistics or service industries.
Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Good computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
Professional attitude, patience, and problem-solving ability.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
