  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Identify patterns in customer feedback to suggest improvements to supervisors.
  • Provide detailed information about products and services to customers.
  • Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new team members as needed.
  • Escalate unresolved or high-priority issues to the appropriate department.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and data protection standards.
  • Contribute to team meetings and share insights to improve customer service strategies.
