CSU Manager

Purpose of the Position

Plan, lead, and execute commissioning and start-up activities to safely transition the facility from construction to stable operations while meeting schedule, quality, and production objectives.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Lead, develop, and control the commissioning & start-up plan, procedures, and schedule.
• Coordinate construction, commissioning, operations, and vendors during handover.
• Track and close punch lists, constraints, and readiness gates.
• Lead troubleshooting during start-up and stabilize operations.
• Deliver final handover to Operations with complete documentation.
• Manage start-up sequencing, ramp-up, and performance testing.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE, PTW, SIMOPS, and MOC.
  
  
  

• 15+ years of experience in oil & gas commissioning and start-up, including brownfield and greenfield projects.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams in remote environments.
• Strong knowledge of system completion, functional safety, and start-up best practices.
