What You'll Do

Trade crypto with your own approach and strategy

Contribute market views and trade ideas to the team

Assess opportunities as they come across the desk

Stay sharp on market conditions day to day

Work directly with a small team that moves fast

What We're Looking For

Years of real, active crypto trading experience with meaningful personal capital

Experience across more than one market cycle

Solid understanding of spot and perpetual markets

Can explain your trading decisions clearly, including the losses

Good communication in English, comfortable working remotely

Not a developer role. Not for theory-only backgrounds or people without real trading history.

What We Offer

Base salary: $95,000 – $155,000 per year

Uncapped performance bonus on top of base
