About the Role

We need someone who reads the crypto market the way a serious trader reads it — with their own capital on the line, using real data, forming independent views. Not a researcher who aggregates what others are saying. Someone who is in the market daily, watches on-chain flows, tracks exchange data, and forms views before they become consensus.

You will produce market intelligence that helps clients and the business make better decisions — grounded in what you personally see happening in the market right now.

What You Will Do

Track and interpret crypto market data daily — price structure, on-chain flows, exchange data, funding rates, liquidations

Produce concise, high-conviction market reads for clients and internal leadership

Monitor CEX and DEX activity for meaningful signals — large movements, unusual wallet activity, positioning shifts

Evaluate specific tokens, protocols, and sectors from an investor and trader perspective

Bring live market context into client conversations and advisory work

Who This Is For

You have been an active crypto market participant for several years with real capital deployed. You watch on-chain data not because it is your job but because it is how you naturally research before making a move. You have your own view on the market at any given moment and you can back it with data.

You should apply if:

You actively trade or invest in crypto and follow markets daily as a matter of habit

You use tools like Nansen, DefiLlama, Arkham, Dune, or similar as part of your personal research process

You track exchange inflows and outflows, funding rates, large wallet movements, and liquidation levels

You form independent market views and can explain your reasoning clearly

You have capital at risk in the market right now

This is not for you if:

Your market knowledge comes primarily from technical analysis of charts without on-chain context

You have a compliance, development, or technical infrastructure background

You are new to crypto or have only participated in one market cycle

Compensation

Base: $130,000 – $200,000 per year

Performance bonus tied to intelligence quality and client outcomes
