About the Role

We run an investment advisory service for serious crypto investors — people with significant capital in digital assets who need a trusted, experienced counterpart to think through decisions with. We are looking for someone who has been on the investor side of this market for years and can advise from that position with genuine authority.

This is not a research role and not a sales role. It is an advisory role for someone who has managed serious capital in crypto, understands how sophisticated investors think about risk and return, and can have peer-level conversations with people who know what they are doing.

What You Will Do

Advise clients on crypto investment decisions — asset allocation, entry and exit strategy, portfolio construction, risk management

Help clients evaluate specific opportunities including token investments, DeFi positions, and liquidity strategies

Provide ongoing market perspective grounded in your own active participation in crypto markets

Support clients in evaluating token compensation packages and understanding the real value behind headline numbers

Build and maintain trusted relationships with serious crypto investors globally

What This Is For

You have been actively investing in crypto for multiple years across bull and bear markets. You have managed a portfolio of meaningful size through volatile conditions and you understand from personal experience how quickly things can change and what it takes to navigate that. You can talk about crypto investing at a level that commands respect from sophisticated investors — because you are one.

You should apply if:

• You have actively managed a crypto portfolio across multiple market cycles
• You understand token economics, vesting structures, liquidity dynamics, and how to value a token grant realistically
• You have navigated a bear market with real positions and capital at risk
• You can discuss portfolio construction, hedging strategies, and risk management from personal experience
• You currently have significant capital deployed in crypto markets

This is not for you if:

• Your crypto background is primarily technical, compliance, or advisory without personal capital at stake
• You have only been active in rising markets
• You cannot speak from direct experience about managing positions through drawdowns

Compensation

Base: $117,000 – $205,000 per year

Meaningful performance upside tied to client portfolio outcomes
