About the Role

We are looking for someone who is genuinely embedded in the global crypto community — a known face in the space whose relationships were built through years of real participation, not through job titles or company affiliations. Someone who knows the people worth knowing, who gets invited to the right conversations, and whose name opens doors in the crypto world because of who they are, not where they work.

You will use those relationships and that standing to build partnerships, source opportunities, and represent the company in the spaces where the crypto industry actually operates.

What You Will Do

Build and develop relationships with serious crypto investors, traders, funds, and industry figures globally

Identify and source partnership opportunities across the crypto ecosystem

Represent the company at industry events, in community spaces, and in direct conversations with key players

Surface market intelligence and emerging opportunities from your direct participation in the crypto community

Help the company build credibility and presence in the segments of the market that matter

Who This Is For

You have been in crypto long enough that people know who you are. Your network was built through real participation — trading, investing, community involvement, event attendance — not through marketing or outreach campaigns. You have capital in the market. When you reach out to someone in the crypto space, they respond.

You should apply if:

You have a genuine, reciprocal network within the global crypto community — traders, investors, fund managers, or protocol participants who know you personally

You have been actively involved in crypto for several years with your own capital at stake

You attend industry events and are a recognised participant, not just an attendee

You understand how the crypto industry actually works — the culture, the trust dynamics, how decisions get made

People in the space would describe you as a serious participant, not a newcomer

This is not for you if:

Your crypto network is primarily technical or developer-focused

You are new to the industry or have only been involved for one cycle

Your participation in crypto has been passive rather than active

Compensation

Base: $120,000 – $190,000 per year

Upside tied to partnership outcomes and deal flow generated
