The CRM Specialist will play a key role in managing, optimizing, and developing the company’s CRM systems to support customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value growth. This position works closely with Sales, Retention, Marketing, BI, and Product teams, ensuring data-driven decision-making and seamless customer journeys.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on CRM experience in Forex, CFD, or financial services, who enjoys working with data, automation, and performance metrics
Own and manage the CRM system, including configuration, workflows, segmentation, automation, and upgrades
Ensure CRM stability, accuracy, and scalability across departments
Continuously improve CRM processes to increase efficiency and conversion rates
Analyze customer behavior, lifecycle activity, and trading patterns
Build and maintain CRM dashboards, reports, and performance metrics
Track and report on KPIs such as conversion rates, retention, churn, and campaign performance
Minimum 1–3 years of CRM experience, preferably within Forex, CFD, FinTech, or financial services
Strong understanding of CRM workflows, funnels, and customer lifecycle management
Advanced Excel skills (mandatory); experience with large datasets
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
