Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented CRM & Sales Support Coordinator who is fluent in both Arabic and English to join our fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing customer relationships and supporting the sales team by ensuring that all customer inquiries, complaints, and needs are addressed quickly and efficiently. The CRM & Sales Support Coordinator will help streamline processes, improve customer satisfaction, and facilitate communication between the different departments. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and organizational skills, who can multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a bilingual environment. Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage the CRM system to ensure customer data accuracy and integrity.
  • Liaise with the sales team to provide prompt support and resolve customer inquiries.
  • Generate regular sales reports and analytics to support strategic decisions.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to align CRM initiatives with overall marketing strategies.
  • Train and assist sales staff with the CRM tool to maximize its utility.
  • Handle customer complaints and work cross-departmentally to resolve issues effectively.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for CRM processes and training materials.
  • Monitor CRM performance and suggest improvements to enhance system effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot technical issues related to CRM tools.
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights on customer feedback and trends.
  • Create and update customer records, ensuring all data is complete and up-to-date.
  • Analyze customer interactions to identify opportunities for upselling and improving service.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with CRM systems and sales support functions is required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software applications is a must.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and handle stressful situations calmly.
