Job Description

The CRM Manager is a critical role within our organization, responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with our customers to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. This position plays a key role in understanding customer needs and creating solutions that address those needs, ensuring the alignment of our CRM initiatives with business objectives. This individual will lead the efforts to optimize our CRM systems, analyze customer data, and provide insights to tailor marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, data-driven, and possesses excellent communication skills to influence both internal teams and customers. As a CRM Manager, you will also be expected to lead a team of professionals, manage day-to-day CRM activities, and drive strategies that promote customer loyalty and retention.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies that align with business objectives and goals.
  • Analyze customer data to generate insights that inform marketing and sales teams.
  • Lead a team responsible for CRM activities, including quality control and performance evaluation.
  • Oversee the maintenance and upgrade of CRM software to enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate with IT and marketing teams to successfully integrate CRM systems.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within CRM practices and workflows.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are managed efficiently through CRM systems.
  • Track and report on CRM campaign performance, suggesting optimizations when necessary.
  • Design training programs and workshops to improve team proficiency in CRM tools.
  • Develop customer segmentation models to customize marketing strategies effectively.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CRM software trends and best practices.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to leverage CRM data for better client management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Proven experience in managing CRM systems and leading related projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration and client interaction.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team within a corporate environment.
  • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
