Job Description

As a CRM Manager, your primary focus will be on developing and implementing strategies to effectively manage and maintain customer relationships via various digital platforms. You will lead initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, thereby driving the company's growth and effectiveness. Working closely with marketing, sales, and tech teams, you will ensure that CRM processes are seamlessly aligned with business goals and customer needs. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of CRM systems, exceptional analytical skills, and a strong ability to interpret and manipulate customer data to arrive at actionable insights. By leveraging technology and data, you will play a pivotal role in shaping customer experiences and fostering long-term relationships with our clients.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies that enhance customer relationships and satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM activities with overall business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize CRM campaigns to increase customer retention and loyalty.
  • Oversee CRM software and tools, ensuring proper adoption and usage across departments.
  • Create detailed reports on CRM performance metrics for stakeholders and management.
  • Implement segmentation strategies to target the right customers with personalized communications.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for staff to improve CRM system proficiency and usage.
  • Gather and respond to feedback from customers to improve service delivery and experience.
  • Maintain and update the customer database to ensure accuracy and reliability of information.
  • Drive A/B testing initiatives to refine and optimize CRM strategies and tactics.
  • Stay updated on the latest CRM trends and technologies to continually advance business capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of at least 5 years in CRM management or related roles.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex customer data.
  • Excellent communication skills with a knack for building customer-centric strategies.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
