Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Execute CRM campaigns as per given instructions.
• Setup of content for E-Mail, SMS and Paid Social Campaigns.
• Ensure full tracking of executed campaigns.
• Assisting the CRM Manager in the day to day coordination with other departments.
• Generate Weekly & Monthly Sales reports requested.
• Liaise with various stakeholders to help creating meaningful reports on Campaign Performance.
• Calling customers every day for MSI survey (Sales & Service)
• Achieve 80% successful calls from MSI Sales as target.
• Prepare monthly MSI Sales report
• Handling & communicate with customers problems and complaints.
• Prepare fact sheet for CRM suppliers – Approval & sending LPO to supplier.
• Any relevant ad-hoc duties and/or relevant special projects may be assigned by the Management.
