Job Description

The role of a CRM Executive is a vital link between a company and its current and prospective clients. As a CRM Executive, you are responsible for managing the customer relationship management system that helps streamline communication with clients, improve customer service, and ultimately drive growth and retention. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy.
