The CRM Executive plays a critical role in managing and optimizing the customer relationship management processes within an organization. This professional is responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention by implementing effective CRM strategies and systems. They analyze customer data to generate insights and implement improvements in customer interactions and experiences. As a CRM Executive, you will be expected to work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on customer engagement initiatives. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a CRM, marketing, or customer service role.
  • Proficiency in CRM software like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
