Job Description

The CRM Executive plays a pivotal role in enhancing customer relationships and driving growth within the organization. This role involves managing the CRM software, analyzing customer data, developing marketing strategies, and collaborating with various departments to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns. The CRM Executive is responsible for understanding customer needs, maximizing the engagement and retention metrics, and providing valuable insights into customer behaviors. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Analyze customer data to gain insights and inform business decisions effectively.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute targeted campaigns.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on key CRM metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within CRM systems and workflows.
  • Train and support staff on best practices for CRM utilization and updates.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities relevant to CRM efforts.

  • Work with IT and developers to troubleshoot and optimize CRM functionalities.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations by managing customer information securely.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within CRM management or marketing.
  • Excellent knowledge of CRM software applications, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Familiarity with consumer behavior analytics and market research techniques.
