Job Description

As a CRM & Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our company by building and maintaining customer relationships and executing innovative digital marketing campaigns. In this role, you will manage our CRM systems, analyze customer data, and use these insights to develop strategies that improve customer engagement and retention. You will also oversee various digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising, ensuring all campaigns align with the company's overall marketing strategy and objectives. Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee CRM strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
  • Manage and optimize CRM database for targeted marketing campaigns and personalization.
  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and sales.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive multi-channel campaigns.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights for improved strategies.
  • Oversee the execution of digital marketing activities including social media and PPC.
  • Track and report on digital marketing performance, suggesting improvements as needed.
  • Work closely with sales and customer service to ensure optimal customer experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and CRM technologies to keep strategies current.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service.
  • Create and manage marketing budgets, optimizing for cost-efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and partners for specialized marketing implementations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in CRM management and digital marketing roles.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and digital marketing platforms is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary.
  • Highly organized with strong project management and multitasking abilities.
