As a CRM Coordinator, you will support the CRM Project Manager in implementing and enhancing Cartier’s client engagement strategy through tailored campaigns, actionable insights, and data excellence. You will collaborate closely with boutiques and regional teams to elevate client experiences through precision, personalization, and passion.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?
You Will Support The Following Areas
CRM Campaigns & Clienteling
- Partner with the CRM Project Manager to adapt and implement global and local marketing campaigns, including email and clienteling initiatives.
- Track campaign performance through existing tools, build dashboards, and recommend optimizations for future activations.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and propose A/B tests to enhance engagement.
- Maintain weekly reporting for boutique teams and support them with best practices and clienteling training.
- Act as a liaison with regional and HQ teams to refine CRM tools and ways of working.
Insights & Data Quality
- Analyze dashboards to identify product and client insights that inform launch strategies.
- Support boutiques in maintaining data quality and monitoring client database accuracy.
Client Selection & Engagement
- Partner with internal teams to identify the right clients for gifting, events, and boutique activations.
- Coordinate event attendance tracking and client studies with boutiques.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
To Thrive In This Role, You Will Bring
- A Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Mathematics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, IT, or Finance); a Master’s or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM, Client Development, Data Insights, Loyalty, or Business Intelligence (luxury experience preferred).
- Strong analytical and visualization skills, with experience in dashboards and data interpretation.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive, autonomous, and hands-on approach with strong interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic and/or French is a plus.
