About the Role

The CRM Consultant position is designed for an experienced professional specializing in the selection, implementation, and optimization of customer relationship management (CRM) systems within the context of digital transformation. This part-time, hybrid role is situated within a dynamic consulting environment, supporting organizations in Dubai and the broader UAE region. The consultant will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through CRM strategy, technology adoption, and process reengineering to enhance customer engagement and drive business value.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of client business processes, customer engagement strategies, and technology landscapes to identify CRM needs and opportunities for improvement.
  • Advise clients on the selection of CRM platforms, including but not limited to Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, and Zoho CRM, ensuring alignment with business objectives and digital transformation goals.
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of CRM solutions, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, data migration, integration with existing systems, and user acceptance testing.
  • Develop and deliver tailored CRM optimization strategies, focusing on automation, workflow enhancements, and analytics to maximize system adoption and ROI.
  • Provide expert guidance on change management, user training, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful CRM adoption across diverse organizational cultures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless integration of CRM solutions into broader business processes.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure deliverables are met within agreed timelines and budgets, adhering to industry best practices and compliance standards.
  • Stay abreast of emerging CRM technologies, digital transformation trends, and regulatory requirements relevant to the UAE market, providing thought leadership to clients and internal teams.
  • Prepare detailed documentation, project reports, and executive presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and project outcomes to stakeholders.


Required Experience & Skills

  • Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in CRM consulting, implementation, or administration within a digital transformation or management consulting context.
  • In-depth knowledge of leading CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, and Zoho CRM, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of business process analysis, customer journey mapping, and requirements elicitation techniques.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a consulting environment, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with data migration, data quality management, and CRM analytics/reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with API integrations, middleware solutions, and cloud-based SaaS environments.
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices for user adoption and training.
  • Awareness of data privacy regulations and compliance standards relevant to the UAE and GCC region.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Consultant, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certification, HubSpot Solutions Partner) are highly desirable.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
