We are looking for a highly analytical and digitally driven CRM & Performance Marketing Executive to support growth across all brands by driving customer acquisition, lead nurturing, retention, and revenue through data-led marketing strategies.

Role Overview

The CRM & Performance Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationship marketing, performance campaigns, lead nurturing, and marketing automation across all brands.

This role combines data analysis, CRM management, digital campaign optimization, and customer lifecycle marketing to ensure efficient acquisition, improved conversion, increased retention, and stronger customer engagement.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, performance-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about using data and digital tools to deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Management & Customer Lifecycle Marketing

• Manage and maintain CRM databases across all brands, ensuring data accuracy, segmentation, and hygiene.
• Build and execute customer lifecycle journeys, including lead nurturing, retention, reactivation, upsell, and loyalty campaigns.
• Develop audience segmentation strategies based on customer behavior, demographics, purchase history, and engagement.
• Create and optimize automated workflows for email, WhatsApp, SMS, and CRM communications.
• Track customer engagement and lifecycle performance to improve retention and repeat visits.
• Support lead management processes across sales and marketing funnels.

Performance Marketing

• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid digital campaigns across: Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn
• Programmatic / Display platforms
• Manage campaign budgets and optimize spend to maximize ROI and ROAS.
• Monitor campaign performance across awareness, lead generation, sales, and conversion objectives.
• Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, messaging, landing pages, and campaign structures.
• Continuously improve CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.

Analytics & reporting

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using data dashboards and analytics tools.
• Track KPIs such as:
• Cost per Lead (CPL)
• Cost per Acquisition (CPA)
• Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
• Conversion Rate
• Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)
• Retention Rate
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Translate data into strategic recommendations for business growth.

Marketing Automation & Systems

• Manage CRM tools, automation platforms, and integrations between sales and marketing systems.
• Improve lead routing, pipeline visibility, and customer tracking.
• Support implementation of automation solutions that improve efficiency across departments.
• Work closely with sales, operations, customer service, and marketing teams to streamline workflows.

Website & Conversion Optimization

• Support landing page optimization to improve conversion rates.
• Monitor customer journey from ad click to conversion.
• Identify drop-off points and recommend improvements.
• Work with design/content teams to improve conversion-focused messaging and creative performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in CRM, performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing.
• Strong experience in paid media buying and campaign optimization.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent knowledge of digital performance metrics and attribution.
• Strong reporting skills.
• Experience with tracking tools such as:
• Google Analytics
• Google Tag Manager
• Meta Ads Manager
• Experience in entertainment, leisure, hospitality, retail, or consumer-focused industries is a strong advantage.
