Credit Collection Officer UAE National Fresh Graduate

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented UAE National to join our Credit Collection team. This is an entry-level opportunity suitable for fresh graduates who are interested in developing a career in finance, customer service, and collections. The successful candidate will assist in monitoring customer accounts, following up on outstanding payments, and maintaining positive customer relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers via phone, email, and other communication channels regarding outstanding payments.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and maintain accurate collection records.
• Assist in preparing collection reports and account statements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing and payment-related issues.
• Update customer information and payment status in the company's system.
• Support the Credit Control team in achieving collection targets.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant UAE regulations.
  

• UAE National (Emirati) with a valid family book.
• Fresh graduate (High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Basic understanding of accounting or finance concepts.
