Responsibilities

  • Identify customer financial needs and recommend suitable credit card solutions.
  • Communicate the benefits and promotions of credit card products effectively to customers.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets by converting leads into successful credit card applications.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress in CRM systems.
  • Attend team meetings to discuss sales strategies, challenges, and potential improvements.
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm innovative approaches to enhance sales.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling techniques.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay updated on the latest credit card industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Promote a positive company image by ensuring high-quality customer service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective sales dialogues.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with potential customers.
  • Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team environment.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Basic knowledge of financial products, particularly credit cards, is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexible to work in different shifts and adapt to changing job demands.
  • Customer-focused with a knack for solving problems and providing solutions.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is favorable but not mandatory.
