Job Description

As a Credit Card Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales of credit card solutions within our dynamic financial products segment. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their credit requirements, and recommending suitable credit card products that best meet their financial needs. Responsibilities

  • Offer accurate information and guidance on the features of different credit cards.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster brand loyalty.

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential and existing customers.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
  • Keep accurate records of sales performance and customer interactions.

  • Stay informed of industry changes to uphold competitive advantage.
  • Participate in sales training, workshops, and team meetings regularly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven sales experience in financial products, particularly credit cards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a customer-focused sales approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and exceed goals in a competitive environment.
