Job Description

As a Credit Card Sales Executive, your primary duty is to drive the sales of credit card products for our financial institution. You will play a pivotal role in customer acquisition and retention by promoting our range of tailored credit card solutions. You must possess strong communication skills and a thorough understanding of financial products to assist customers in selecting the credit cards that best fit their needs. Working closely with the sales and marketing teams, you will develop strategic marketing campaigns to enhance product awareness and generate leads. This position requires a proactive approach to achieve sales targets, building and maintaining client relationships, and representing the company professionally.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet credit card sales targets.
  • Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels and networks.
  • Conduct thorough product presentations and explain credit card benefits to prospects.
  • Maintain and develop long-term relationships with clients to enhance loyalty.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

  • Prepare timely sales reports and forecasts to track and measure success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the financial services sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a thorough understanding of sales methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market dynamics and customer preferences.
