Job Description

A Creative Lead at 18O25 plays a pivotal role in steering the visual direction of a company’s creative projects. They are responsible for orchestrating and guiding creative teams, ensuring that their output aligns with the client’s vision, branding, and messaging. As a Creative Lead, you will have the unique opportunity to pioneer innovative concepts and oversee their development from inception to completion. Your work will involve collaborating with multiple departments to maintain cohesion across multiple platforms and mediums. Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative direction of projects in line with client objectives and company standards.
  • Oversee a team of designers, writers, and other creatives to deliver project outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their vision and translate it into creative ideas.
  • Develop and present creative proposals to clients and stakeholders with clarity and conviction.
  • Ensure all creative work is compliant with legal and regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs and communication platforms.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends to drive innovation and a competitive edge in projects.
  • Establish and manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met with quality deliverables.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and freelancers as needed to meet project requirements.
  • Mentor and support team members, fostering a creative and collaborative work environment.
  • Conduct regular reviews and critique of team outputs to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Develop and manage project budgets ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource allocation efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Creative Lead, Creative Director, or similar role in an agency or corporate setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative design skills and creative leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and multimedia design principles.
