Creative Content Producer

At haus & haus, we believe great content does more than look good. It tells a story, builds trust and reflects the calibre of the brand behind it. As one of Dubais leading real estate agencies, our in-house creative team plays a key role in how that story is told across every touchpoint.

We are now looking for a Creative Content Producer to join the team. This is a hands-on, end to-end role for someone with a strong cinematic eye and a deep understanding of visual storytelling. You will be responsible for bringing ideas to life, from early concepts and shoot planning through to filming, editing and final delivery. Video will be your primary focus, supported by high-quality photography where required.

This role suits someone who takes pride in craft, cares about detail and enjoys owning projects from start to finish while working closely with a fast-moving, collaborative marketing team.

What Youll Do

• Shoot high-end cinematic video content across brand, lifestyle, real estate and campaign work.
• Capture professional photography alongside video when required.
• Plan and execute shoots, including camera setup, lenses, gimbals, lighting and audio.
• Direct talent and subjects to achieve natural, confident and engaging on-camera performances.
• Manage on-set workflow, shot lists, timing and execution.
• Edit video content end-to-end with a strong focus on pacing, narrative and emotion.
• Perform professional colour correction and colour grading, ensuring a consistent premium look.
• Handle sound design, including music selection, sound effects and audio cleanup.
• Deliver content optimised for different platforms including social, web and paid campaigns.
• Maintain strong visual consistency across all haus & haus content.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve or refresh existing content for clarity, accuracy and performance.

What Youll Bring

• Around 5 years experience in video production, with a strong cinematic portfolio.
• Proven experience shooting brand, lifestyle and real estate content.
• Confident camera operation across cinema and mirrorless systems.
• Strong understanding of lens choice, camera movement and stabilisation systems.
• Solid knowledge of natural and basic artificial lighting.
• Experience directing people on camera in a calm and professional way.
• End-to-end post-production experience, including editing, colour and sound.
• Strong understanding of LOG and RAW footage and colour-managed workflows.
• An eye for detail, mood and visual polish.
• The ability to work independently, manage time effectively and take ownership of projects.

Software & Tools

• DaVinci Resolve (preferred for colour grading and finishing).
• Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Final Cut Pro.
• Professional camera systems, lighting kits and audio equipment.
