JOB TITLE: CREATIVE AND WINDOWS MANAGER

REPORTS TO: HEAD OF COMMUNICATION

LOCATION: DUBAI

SCOPE OF JOB: Middle East Region

The Creative and Windows Manager leads the design and execution of Hermes Windows for the

Middle East.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Store Windows design and implementation in the region (UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, and
  
  

Bahrain).

• Manages the Design & Production Executive, who owns the implementation of all windows in the
  
  

region.

• Leads and develops his/her direct report by being an inspiring and expert leader as well as
  
  

providing developing opportunities.

• Monitors the success of Window installations and focuses on continuous improvement, innovative
  
  

ideas, and local collaborations to bring to life the Hermes vision in the Middle East.

• Develops a pool of local artists to collaborate with for windows, events, retail animations, or even
  
  

campaign designs.

• In charge of the windows calendar and action plan, to make sure it aligned with global
  
  

communication plan.

• Responsible to challenge plan, production suggestion, and designs proposed by partners and
  
  

suppliers, insuring the best cost effective and insuring Hermes image standards.

• In charge of Windows yearly budget.
• Creative support for any communication projects for Hermes ME (e.g. Design ideas, collaborations
  
  

and more).

• Collaborates with the wider communications team, ensuring smooth working partnership with the
  
  

Event and Retail Animation Manager.

• Ensures smooth and professional way of working with our key partners and suppliers.

• Creative leader and inspiration for the Communication department.
• Achieves outstanding artist vision and innovates Hermes window concepts.
• Successfully ideates and leads implementation of windows across the region, each uniquely
  
  

designed to meet the specific country’s taste and culture.

• Timely delivery of window installations, within budget.
• Creative leader and inspiration for the Design and Production Executive.
  
  

Experience

• 5+ years prior experience working in a creative role e.g. Designer, space designer, 3D plan etc.
• Able to design concepts from scratch using creative design software such as AUTOCAD - 3D MAX -
  
  

PHOTOSHOP and more.

• Proven success designing and executing creative Windows for luxury brands.
• Up to date on industry trends, local artists and able to stay ahead of the curve.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Must be able to think analytically and strategically.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
