Vave is a global space experience design studio founded in 2013, creating award-winning immersive experiences for global brands like Audi, Samsung, Porsche, and Accenture. With 100+ interdisciplinary professionals across 8 studios in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, Vave brings world-class expertise in exhibition design, experiential technology, and brand activation to our Dubai joint venture.

Your Role

As a Creative Client Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the experiences we create, through laying the strategic and commercial groundwork that our talented design team will build upon. You will help establish and maintain relationships with our clients and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, to define, refine and execute our business development strategy. Your work will ensure the proposals we create align with our clients’ business objectives while reflecting our company values. This role also leverages an established professional network in the MENA region to identify opportunities, generate qualified leads, and support long-term business growth.

  • Consult international clients from the initial brief throughout the entire journey of our Space Experience Design projects.
  • Develop and contribute to business strategies to enhance our client and product portfolio.
  • Analyze clients’ needs and translate them into draft ideas, conceptual directions and project strategies.
  • Identify required competencies within a project and connect teams, expertise and resources accordingly
  • Present insights, research and strategies convincingly in client meetings.
  • Collaborate closely with the management board and international colleagues in content & concept development, while supporting and mentoring the team members where needed.
  • Continuously evaluate, refine and improve our creative methods and processes.
  • Bring an existing network in the MENA region and utilize it to proactively generate leads, initiate client conversations, and contribute to business development effort.
  • Actively expand our professional network by participating in various on- and offline events in the industry, from international conferences to regional business

networkings.

Qualifications And Skills

A strong CV and portfolio are expected, showcasing a range of references as evidence of the following experience, qualifications, and skills:

  • Educational Background: A university degree in business management, creative industry, architecture, or a comparable field.
  • Professional Experience: 4-5 years in the creative industry and ideally at least 2 years working in MENA.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English. Arabic is desirable .
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams.
  • Industry Insight: Holistic understanding of design systems and brand touch-points.
  • Strategic Thinking: Proven track record in strategic planning and execution.
  • Client Engagement and Consultancy: Experience in analyzing brands, assessing client needs, and providing substantive advice and consultancy through the development of innovative approaches to clients’ challenges.
  • Curious Mindset: Up-to-date knowledge of trends in brand communication, exhibition design, technology innovations, and global social movements.
  • Operational Excellence: Experience in design project management, and process / workflow improvement.
  • Organisational Skills: Capability to define required resources in regards to the creative assignments
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, complemented by strong presentation skills and experience in preparing, leading and evaluating strategic project workshops for international clients
  • Adaptability: Capacity to manage multiple projects and adapt to new challenge
