What Youll Do
Responsible for developing and operating the Middle East courier ecosystem network, to enhance external stakeholders positive understanding of topics such as the platforms sound rider communication mechanisms, safeguarding rider rights, constructing rider welfare systems, and optimizing algorithms through event operations, topic planning, and other approaches. 2. Responsible for organizing and documenting the platforms established courier communication mechanisms, rider rights protection measures, rider benefits programs, and algorithm optimization initiatives, as well as maintaining a library of related actions and representative cases, to provide business-team support for PR, GA, Safety, and Legal teams in their external communications. 3. Responsible for collaborating with the marketing team to establish and maintain third-party media channels in the MENA region that focus on platform fulfillment, local lifestyle services, and internet business development, building a network of external stakeholders familiar with and favorable to the platform, and coordinating the execution of related topics on social media. 4. Responsible for planning and facilitating roundtable discussions between the platform and key stakeholders, including media and social media influencers, government officials, and industry experts, on socially relevant topics such as the platform’s initiatives to protect rider rights in the fulfillment process, and driving two-way communication with external stakeholders in coordination with PR, GA, and other teams.
What We Need From You
Bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least 7 years of experience in public or government communications within the food delivery industry. Must be fluent in English, with an outgoing and sociable personality. 2. Strong external communication skills and concise, empathetic written expression, capable of leveraging social media to support the platform’s positive brand perception. 3. Strong cross-team communication skills, capable of ensuring effective information flow and coordinating multiple teams to achieve results. 4. Strong offline event planning and execution skills, with experience managing similar initiatives.
