The Country Manager is responsible for creation and delivery of Country specific strategy to support the global overall Marketing strategy. Essentially this strategy will drive growth, brand presence, and player acquisition in one of 4 markets (Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand and Rest of World)by creating and managing (but not limited to) localised acquisition and retention campaigns, affiliates, influencers, KOLs, traffic brokers & initiatives, on the ground activities, social media channels, chat communities
This person will be responsible for supporting revenue growth, community expansion, ob, and ensuring the casino adapts effectively to regional behaviors, cultural nuances, and regulatory considerations.
Key Value ElementsMarket Growth & Strategy
- Build and execute a market growth strategy for Thailand, Vietnam and/or Indonesia.
- Analyze competitors, user behaviors, and emerging trends.
- Own full localisation of onsite content, product text, promotional language, and CRM communications.
- Approve all local-language content before going live (UX text, banners, emails, SMS/push, landing pages etc).
- Align market strategy with Dubai HQ teams (product, CRM, creative, compliance).
- Identify local cultural opportunities such as major holidays, peak betting events, festivals, and seasonal behaviour patterns.
- Localize promotions, bonuses, and campaigns to regional preferences.
Affiliate Management
- Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners, agencies, traffic brokers, agent networks, SEO partners, and influencer
- Negotiate commission structures (CPA/RevShare/Hybrid).
- Track performance metrics(traffic, player, fraud) and optimize affiliate ROI.
- Ensure affiliates follow compliance, branding, and responsible marketing rules.
- Provide weekly feedback to Head of Marketing on partner performance and testing of new traffic sources.
Community & Social Growth
- Oversee and scale country level social media, including Facebook, Tiktok, Line, Telegram, IG, local forums and regional regional social media applications and and channels.
- Launch community-driven events, AMAs, contests, and influencer collaborations.
- Review social media content calendars, creative assets, and messaging before posting.
- Support localisation of brand voice across all public communication channels.
Casino Moderators & Player Experience
- Lead moderator teams to ensure smooth chat operations with cultural expectations, service style and communication norms.
- Maintain 24/7 coverage and positive player interactions.
- Ensure moderators escalate suspicious behavior or fraud flags.
- Improve in-app community experience through moderation and review of guidelines.
Regional Partnerships & Influencers
- Develop a pipeline of KOLs, streamers, micro-influencers, and community admins in local market.
- Approve influencer scripts, content topics, and campaign messages to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate influencer deliverables and ensure timely posting.
- Support live-stream events, game shows, ambassador programs.
Localisation, Content & Creative Sign-off
- Sign off all local-language marketing assets: banners, landers, emails, app text, promos.
- Provide creative teams with country-specific briefs, angles, cultural insights, and do/don’t guidelines.
- Validate translations for accuracy, tone, and player resonance.
- Ensure timely delivery of localized creative for campaigns.
Regional Operations & Compliance
- Ensure marketing activities follow local legal and platform rules.
- Identify regional risks (payments, regulations, cultural sensitivities).
- Work with AML/compliance teams on red flags and high-risk user patterns.
- Monitor for brand protection violations (e.g., affiliates bidding on the brand’s keywords or misusing brand assets).
Reporting & Insights
- Deliver weekly and monthly reports on user acquisition, affiliate performance, community engagement, and revenue growth.
- Provide deep market insights to new opportunities, improvements, product, marketing, and leadership.
Skills & Experience Required
- Native level fluency in Thai / Vietnamese / Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience with multi-channel acquisition (affiliates, influencers, SEO, traffic brokers, agents).
- Strong understanding of CRM strategies, retention cycles, segmentation, and reactivation approaches.
- Strong understanding of South Asian digital markets and gaming culture.
- Experience in affiliate management, community management, or gaming/crypto operations.
- Ability to manage distributed teams across time zones.
- Knowledge of user acquisition funnels, influencer marketing, and community platforms.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Understanding of responsible gaming, fraud flags, and local compliance sensitivities.
