Countersales Executive

Counter Sales Executive – Truck Spare Parts (Sinotruk) | Dubai

Galadari Trucks & Heavy Equipment (GTHE) is looking for an experienced Counter Sales Executive to join our Sinotruk team in Dubai.

This is a fast paced customer facing role that requires strong truck spare parts knowledge, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a high volume of customer enquiries while working closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers and fleet clients with truck spare parts enquiries and sales.

• Identify, source and recommend the correct spare parts based on customer requirements.

• Prepare quotations, process sales orders and ensure timely follow-up on customer requests.

• Maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and technical support.

• Coordinate closely with warehouse, procurement, service, and sales teams to ensure parts availability and customer satisfaction.

• Manage multiple customer enquiries simultaneously in a demanding and high-volume environment.

• Support the achievement of departmental sales targets and business objectives.

• Ensure accurate system updates, documentation, and inventory-related transactions.

What we need from you

• Previous experience in Counter Sales, Parts Sales, or Spare Parts Sales within the truck, commercial vehicle or heavy equipment industry.

• Strong knowledge of truck spare parts, ideally with exposure to Sinotruk, Sitrak, or other heavy commercial vehicle brands.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a busy environment with a high influx of customers.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Proficient in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.

•Team player with the ability to build strong relationships across different departments.
