About The Job

An opportunity has arisen for a Counsellor to join our Kids Club team at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Execute a variety of age-appropriate recreational, educational, and creative activities for children.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children under your care by maintaining a secure and supervised environment.
• Implement positive behavior management techniques to guide childrens behavior and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Foster a fun and inclusive atmosphere by actively engaging with children and encouraging their participation in activities.
• Provide clear and regular communication with parents regarding their childs activities, progress, and any incidents or concerns.
• Work collaboratively with other counselors and staff to coordinate activities and ensure a smooth operation of the kid’s club.
   

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is much appreciated
• Creative, problem solving and decision-making approach
• Time Management
• People management
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
