We are looking to recruit Cost Managers with measurement experience to support our commission leads in varying types and sizes of projects either in the pre-contract estimating stages or post contract on site. Our projects can be complex and of significant size and value.



MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE:

• To support the Commission Manager’s, taking responsibility for allocated measurement tasks.
• To provide excellent service delivery to clients, gain their trust and enhance our reputation.
• To ensure that client objectives are met through the delivery of an effective cost management service from pre & post contract and construction completion.
  
  

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar.
• Excellent measurement capability for building and civils works
• Professional membership is an advantage i.e. MRICS.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar roles.
• Good knowledge of the construction industry and technical matters.
• Knowledge of CostX (BIM experience is an advantage).
