Job Description

SEGULA Technologies is seeking a Cost & Contracts Engineer for a renewable energy infrastructure project in Umm Al Quwain, UAE.

Responsibilities

Monitor construction costs and contractual obligations.
Review progress measurements and contractor payment documentation.
Support evaluation of variations and change requests.
Monitor cost forecasts and financial progress.
Assist with contractual correspondence and reporting.
Coordinate with project management and construction supervision teams.

Requirements

Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a relevant discipline.
Proven cost control and contract administration experience.
Experience in EPC, power or infrastructure projects.
Knowledge of construction contracts, variations and cost reporting.
UAE project experience preferred.
