As a Cosmetics Sales Specialist, you will have a unique opportunity to showcase your expertise in the vibrant beauty industry. Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the use and benefits of cosmetic products through samples and tutorials.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and product launches in the market.
  • Maintain an organized, neat, and well-stocked sales floor to enhance customer experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Meet or exceed personal and store sales targets on a consistent basis.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and provide satisfactory solutions promptly.
  • Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability and manage stock levels.
  • Train and mentor new staff members in product knowledge and sales strategies.
  • Participate in promotional events and initiatives to boost store traffic and sales.
  • Accurately process transactions and manage cash register operations effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in cosmetics or related field.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with customers.
  • Strong understanding of cosmetic products and skincare routines.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets regularly.
  • Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and handling cash transactions.
  • Passion for beauty and a keen sense of the latest cosmetics trends.
