Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed personal and team sales targets consistently.
  • Maintain a clean and visually appealing merchandising display area at all times.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regular and new customers.
  • Assist in inventory management, ensuring stock levels are accurate and up to date.
  • Engage in continuous training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Handle all customer transactions and process payments efficiently and accurately.
  • Participate in promotional and marketing events to boost brand visibility and sales.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Comply with all company policies and operational guidelines in day-to-day duties.

Requirements

  • Strong passion and knowledge about the beauty and cosmetics industry.
  • Proven sales experience in retail or similar customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for customer interaction.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Self-motivated with a professional attitude and appearance.
  • Capable of multitasking and handling high-pressure sales situations effectively.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and business operations is preferred.
