We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate Sales Manager to drive our business development initiatives and enhance our market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to meet our corporate objectives and expand our customer base. This role requires a keen understanding of market trends, competitive analysis, and the ability to build productive and enduring client relations. The Corporate Sales Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales activities with organizational goals and maximize revenue growth. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic corporate sales plans for market penetration.
  • Manage and oversee daily operations of the corporate sales department.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships for future growth.
  • Conduct intensive market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
  • Lead negotiations and finalize deals with high-value corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional sales materials.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and training to the sales team for peak performance.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the senior management team.
  • Resolve client issues promptly to maintain satisfaction and trust.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies in all sales activities and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably corporate sales.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing sales teams.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Ability to analyze complex sales data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory.
