Job Details

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Corporate Law Attorney to support a broad range of business and transactional matters for clients across multiple industries to join our dynamic legal team. Our firm is committed to providing high-quality legal services to our clients, including Medicaid planning, estate planning, and powers of attorney. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• As a Corporate Law Attorney, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including, but not limited to:
• Advise clients on corporate and business matters including entity formation, governance, restructurings, and ongoing operational issues
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including shareholder, operating, employment, and vendor contracts
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and asset transactions from due diligence through closing
• Counsel clients on regulatory and compliance matters affecting business operations
• Provide strategic legal guidance to business owners and executive leadership teams
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas to deliver integrated legal solutions
  

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Current membership in good standing with the State Bar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in elder law, including experience with Medicaid planning, estate planning, and powers of attorney.
• Proven ability to represent clients in court proceedings, administrative hearings, and mediations.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and their families.
• Demonstrated commitment to serving the needs of seniors and their families.
