Corporate Freight Pricing Manager - RFQs And Tenders

Purpose of the Job

The purpose of this role is to manage Global Tenders freight pricing as well as RFQS of the network in line with the direct coordination with carriers, offices and agents.

Job Description

•    Receive and assess freight tenders for AIR and SEA
•    Coordinate with multiple stakeholders 
•    Negotiate rates with carriers and agents.
•    File contract with carriers on behalf of stations
•    Market analysis and study on available solutions 
•    Follow on the tenders and winning ratio 
•    Prepare monthly analysis on volumes and console performance. 
•    Follow up with airlines / shipping lines for spot rates ex: reduction in rates on specific trade lane due to capacity issues.
•    Prepare regular reports on status of inquiries either weekly or monthly on the list of inquiries win or lost. 
•    Support the product development & Growth acceleration in terms of day-to-day adhoc freight inquiries
•    Manage team KPIs
