Corporate Finance Manager

Context of the Role

We are seeking a highly strategic, commercially-minded Senior Corporate Finance Professional to join our global finance organization. This is a high-impact, visible, and senior individual contributor role that will be instrumental in shaping our long-term financial strategy, driving complex financial modeling, and leading critical investor relations activities.

This role is designed for a rigorous, analytical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced fintech environment. You will act as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team, providing data-driven insights that influence pivotal business decisions, M&A evaluations, and capital allocation strategies.

What You’ll Do

Strategy & Business Planning

• Partner directly with the C-suite and executive leadership to define and refine Ezras’ long-term corporate strategy, financial goals, and operational metrics.
• Evaluate strategic growth opportunities, including M&A targets, joint ventures, new market entries, and product expansions.
• Act as a strategic sounding board for business leaders, driving alignment between finance, commercial, product, and operations teams to accelerate revenue growth and profitability.

Advanced Financial Modeling & Analytics

• Build, maintain, and own complex, dynamic financial models from scratch to forecast corporate performance, evaluate investment ROI, and support capital allocation decisions.
• Conduct deep-dive scenario analysis, stress testing, and unit economic modeling to guide pricing strategies, product profitability, and FX/Treasury impact.
• Translate massive, complex data sets into clear, actionable insights and polished presentations for the Executive Team and Board of Directors.

Investor Relations & Capital Markets

• Act as a key liaison between Ezra and our existing/prospective investors, ensuring clear, consistent, and compelling communication of our financial narrative and business strategy.
• Lead the preparation of high-quality investor materials, including pitch decks, board packages, financial tear sheets, and management discussion & analysis (MD&A) reports.
• Support future fundraising, debt financing, and potential capital market activities by preparing data rooms, managing rigorous due diligence processes, and coordinating with external advisors.

About You (Requirements)

• At least 8 to 10 years of progressive, rigorous experience, primarily within top-tier Investment Banking, Tier-1 Management Consulting (MBB), or Private Equity, followed by highly strategic Corporate Finance/FP&A experience at a fast-growing tech/fintech company.
• Deep understanding of the technology and financial services sectors; specific knowledge of FinTech, SaaS, or global payments (cross-border, FX, treasury) is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional financial modeling capabilities. You must be completely comfortable building and dissecting complex models independently.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• A true "full-stack" finance professional—comfortable operating at a highly strategic level in boardroom conversations, while being perfectly willing to roll up your sleeves and execute the detailed analytical work independently.

Required Qualifications & Certifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a highly quantitative field from a top-tier university.
• Advanced Degree: A Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a leading, globally recognized business school is strongly preferred.
• Professional Certifications:
• CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation is highly desirable.
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CA (Chartered Accountant), or equivalent accounting qualification is a strong plus.
• Advanced Financial Modeling certifications (e.g., FMVA) are a bonus.

Our flagship products are Airtime Credit Services (ACS), Nano and BNPL. 

• ACS is an airtime or data advance offered to prepaid mobile subscribers at the point of low credit. 
• Nano is a micro cash advance offered to mobile wallet users on demand. 
• BNPL facilitates payment installments for products and services 

As a FinTech company, our business is entirely technology and data driven, from determining subscriber eligibility, generating relevant offers, managing risk, loan issuance, recovery, optimizing performance and reporting, reconciliation and billing. 

Each day we process approximately 21M loan requests and 1.4 TB of data across our markets. This process needs to be robust, reliable and secure. 

But it doesn’t end there. We’re exploring new ways of using our platform and transactional data to improve our products and develop new product opportunities.
