Job Description

Building and maintaining detailed financial models and feasibility studies
Conducting cash flow analysis, ROI assessments, and scenario planning
Supporting fundraising efforts through preparation of financial proposals and stakeholder engagement
Performing market research and investment analysis to identify opportunities
Assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
Preparing reports and presentations for senior leadership and investors
Supporting due diligence and risk assessment for investment decisions

The Successful Applicant

1-3 years of experience in corporate finance or financial analysis within the real estate sector
CA qualification required; MBA and/or CFA preferred
Strong financial modeling and Excel skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
