Regional hotel group with an increased focus on growing in new markets and countries have created an exciting new role responsible for attracting and signing new management agreements for hotels and apartments adding to the groups current portfolio.
The role reports to the CEO
Who Were Looking For
Previous BD experience with portfolio acquisitions - Hotels/ serviced apartments/ Real Estate in the GCC for the last 3 years +- Essential
Must have closed and contracted 15 + properties in previous 5 years - Essential
Strong Presentation, Stakeholder, Communication And Negotiation Skills - Essential
Strong GCC network of contacts - Essential
Must be able to travel - Essential
Bachelors degree - Marketing / Commerce - Essential
Ability to identify and target potential clients, conduct site visits to assess potential opportunities and transitioning from initial contact through to negotiation and closure - Essential
Whats Being Offered
Salary 28K AED package this includes Housing / Basic / Flights
Bonus scheme up to 50% of annual salary ( conditions)
No educational allowance
Single status contract- Not a family contract
Medical/Visa/Life insurance provided
Relocation flights to Dubai - if applicable
