Job Description

As a Corporate Administrator for our dynamic trading company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our corporate operations. The role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple administrative tasks and provide high-level support to our executives and team members. Your contributions will be integral to the operational and strategic functions that support our trading activities across global markets. Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day corporate operations and ensure efficient administrative processes.
  • Maintain and organize company records, files, and documentation for easy retrieval.
  • Coordinate and manage communication between various departments and external partners.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Provide support to executives through scheduling, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
  • Supervise office support staff and manage administrative team performance and development.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate the implementation of new systems and processes as needed for efficiency improvements.
  • Monitor and manage office supply inventory and coordinate purchasing with vendors.
  • Oversee meeting arrangements, including logistics, materials preparation, and follow-up tasks.
  • Manage and coordinate corporate events, meetings, and conferences both internally and externally.
  • Support human resources activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a trading company.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently and effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
  • Experience with corporate governance and compliance would be advantageous.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
