Role Summary

Were looking for an exceptional copywriter who specializes in creating persuasive, creative proposals that captivate clients and secure new business opportunities. Youll be responsible for transforming technical offerings and business solutions into compelling narratives that resonate with decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

Proposal Development

• Write, edit, and refine creative proposals, RFP responses, and pitch documents that align with client needs and company objectives
• Collaborate with business development, technical, and leadership teams to gather necessary information and insights
• Transform complex technical concepts into clear, compelling, and client-focused narratives
• Develop customized proposals that showcase Rayqubes unique value propositions
  
  

• Research client industries, challenges, and opportunities to create targeted, relevant content
• Maintain and update proposal templates, case studies, and content libraries
• Ensure all proposals maintain brand consistency and high-quality standards
• Create executive summaries, cover letters, and supporting documentation
  
  

• Work closely with subject matter experts to extract key information and insights
• Manage multiple proposal projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Participate in proposal strategy sessions and contribute creative ideas
• Coordinate with design teams to ensure visual and written content alignment
  
  

• 3-5 years of professional copywriting experience, preferably in B2B or agency environments
• Proven track record of writing successful proposals, RFPs, or business development content
• Portfolio demonstrating creative writing skills and successful proposal work
  
  

• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities with impeccable grammar
• Strong research skills and ability to quickly understand complex business concepts
• Excellent storytelling abilities with a persuasive writing style
• Ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and industries
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  
  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Experience with proposal management software is a plus
• Familiarity with basic design principles and collaboration with design teams
  
  

• Bachelors degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
• Experience in technology, consulting, or professional services industries
• Knowledge of proposal best practices and RFP response methodologies
• Understanding of the UAE business landscape and market dynamics
