About The Role

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Coordinator, Pre-Opening OS&E Expediting to join our Pre-Opening Services team, supporting projects across the EMEA region.

This role supports the Manager, Pre-Opening OS&E with assigned UPI OS&E expediting scope and delivery schedule oversight, where OS&E procurement is handled by internal and third-party partners. The Coordinator, Pre-Opening OS&E Expediting plays a critical role in providing administrative, documentation, and data support across all UPI and Third-Party Procurement (3PP) OS&E processes.

Working closely with internal teams, Ownership, and external vendors, this role ensures that project information is accurately tracked, well-organized, and clearly communicated throughout the full project lifecycle, from model room development through installation and post-opening reporting.

Key Areas Of Focus Include

  • Support the Manager, Pre-Opening OS&E with OS&E expediting scope and delivery schedule oversight for assigned projects
  • Track and maintain accurate OS&E documentation, reports, and data for both UPI and 3PP procurement activities
  • Coordinate information flow between internal stakeholders, Ownership, and third-party vendors
  • Support OS&E activities across all project phases, including model rooms, production, delivery, installation, and closeout
  • Maintain trackers and reporting tools to ensure timely updates and visibility of project status
  • Assist with post-opening documentation, reporting, and data consolidation

Our Ideal Coordinator Will Have

  • 2–4 years of relevant occupational experience in Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics or related disciplines
  • Experience supporting procurement or expediting activities within a project-based environment
  • Strong administrative, documentation, and organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across concurrent projects
  • Clear, professional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in reporting and data tracking tools
  • Experience working in hospitality, construction, or pre-opening environments is an advantage

If you are highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive on keeping information structured, accurate, and up to date, this role is for you. You enjoy juggling multiple priorities at once, supporting complex projects behind the scenes, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. If you take pride in coordination, follow-through, and bringing order to fast-moving environments, this is an opportunity to grow your career while contributing to the successful opening of exceptional luxury properties.

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts can offer what many hospitality professionals dream of; the opportunity to build a life-long career with global potential and a real sense of pride in work well done. We look for talent who share the Golden Rule – people who, by nature, believe in treating others as we would have them treat us. As Four Seasons works towards phenomenal growth in the next decade, our most valuable partners continue to be our talent, with whom we have a strong relationship based on the Golden Rule. This relationship is made tangible by the awards received year after year by Four Seasons on a corporate level, as well as by our hotels, resorts and residences around the world, making us an undisputed “employer of choice.”
