MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE

To provide operational and administrative support to the Maintenance Optimization & Efficiency team, driving Resource Management System RMS projects and customer experience enhancement initiatives to ensure efficient maintenance operations, compliance, and improved service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assists the team with the preparation and publication of RMS projects, procedures, and training materials, ensuring that all updates are accurately reflected in internal systems and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
  • Supports coordination and updates of RMS projects and implementation plans, and schedules, ensuring changes are effectively communicated to all parties involved.
  • Provides general support to the RMS project team, assisting with the smooth execution of implementation plans and addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Acts as a point of contact between the Maintenance Optimization team and maintenance personnel, facilitating clear two-way communication on activity plan updates, RMS system changes, and operational priorities.
  • Supports the team in tracking manpower, tools, equipment, and other resources to ensure alignment with maintenance activity plans and operational readiness within RMS.
  • Assists in monitoring compliance with GCAA CAR-66/145 regulations, company policies, and internal standards through accurate record-keeping and documentation.
  • Assists in coordinating RMS system updates, enhancements, and integration with maintenance workflows to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Ensures relevant stakeholders, both internal and external, are informed of RMS project progress and customer experience initiatives in a timely manner.
  • Supports the generation of reports and dashboards on RMS project status, workforce utilization, and the impact of customer experience initiatives.
  • Provides general administrative support to the Maintenance Optimization & Efficiency team, including document preparation, filing, record-keeping, and data entry to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assists in identifying risks, gaps, or deviations in RMS projects and maintenance activities, escalating issues to senior team members as required.
  • Provides support for meetings, team coordination, and other operational or administrative tasks to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Maintains organized and accessible documentation for all RMS projects, maintenance activity plans, and customer experience enhancement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience in Aviation Maintenance or with Airlines is desirable.
  • Years with qualifications: 2 - 4 years

Isr Requirements

Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.
