Officer – ADP Endorsement

They do all that in a live environment and put customer service at the heart of it all.

What You’ll Deliver

• You’ll serve as the point of contact for any Stakeholder issues related to AVPs including but not limited to applications, approvals, dispensations and system issues.
• You’ll support in reviewing stakeholder appeals and provide evidence-based recommendations for final approval by the SMTC.
• You’ll support the creation and completion of the yearly Audit Calendar for Stakeholders, to ensure compliance with all GCAA regulatory documentation.
• You’ll build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders regarding matters related to Aerodrome driving.
• You’ll consolidate monthly data for ADPs, AVP’s and ADS to identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• You’ll be responsible to create a monthly report for the SMTC with trend analysis for ADP, AVP and ADS as a minimum.
  
  

What You Bring

• You should hold a bachelor’s degree in , Administration, Data Analysis, Customer Service and acquire relevant experience of 3 to 5 years.
• You should hold a current UAE License for a light vehicle with the ability to an ADP L2.
• You should have technical knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications and data analysis.
• You should have good knowledge of Aviation related terminology, vehicle types and equipment used Airside.
• You should be knowledgeable and understanding of GCAA Regulatory requirements and DA Policies, Manuals, SOPs and other Instructions.
