We are seeking a skilled and motivated Control & BMS Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC controls, and project execution, with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that main contractors, technicians, and subcontractors comply with all safety guidelines and regulations on site.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by identifying concerns, implementing corrective actions, and communicating project progress with internal and external stakeholders.
• Report directly to the Project Engineer and execute tasks according to the project schedule and guidance.
• Follow up with consultants for approval of technical submittals.
• Coordinate and monitor the delivery of project materials.
• Conduct site surveys for project estimation and planning.
• Coordinate with customers for Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
• Perform site supervision, system testing, commissioning, integration, and final project handover.
• Carry out wiring, termination, testing, and commissioning of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Chiller Plant Control Systems.
• Prepare and maintain all project documentation and reports throughout the project lifecycle.
• Submit reports and timesheets accurately and on time.
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related technical field.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC controls, or a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC control systems, BMS products, and Chiller Plant Management Systems.
• Experience in testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and system integration.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong computer proficiency and technical documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
