The team works in real time to make sure the right people are in the right place – airside and landside – to meet demand. As our airports are the world’s busiest, it’s fast-paced and a real challenge. They see that the operational plan is followed, and issues are dealt with across terminals, regular operations, incidents and crisis handling. The operation has to be industry-leading, and it always is.

What You’ll Deliver

• You’ll deliver a safe, efficient stand plan that meets regulatory, operational, and scheduling requirements with available airport resources.
• Youll continuously deliver customer service that considers the specified SLAs, KPIs and Governance requirements.
• Youll proactively respond to any incident or emergency by continuing with stand allocation until the Senior Controller is available to take control of the function if required.
• Youll provide and deliver the slot coordination and approval function via online systems and logical thinking to maximise capacity and opportunity for airport revenue.
• Youll ensure all operational activity is recorded accurately in the daily log for analysis and review by management.
  
  

What You Bring

• You should have a Higher Diploma/Diploma in Aviation engineering/ Management/ Related
• You should have at least 3 -5 years of relevant experience and 5 - 7 years of overall experience
• Youll have knowledge of Airside and ATC systems used in the daily running of the airport
• Youll have knowledge of Slot Allocation, data management and consolidation
